Vacuum line help!!

Ok, so just recently my jeep began to act a bit odd. I will try to explain as best as possible.
When the jeep is first turned on it revs a little higher than normal. Now, if you turn the air selector knob, it will rev even higher. Also while driving, once you reach about 40-45 it seems as if the rpms want to stay low, in fact you have to punch the throttle just to get it to pick back up. It also seems to have less power when acting like this. It isn't throwing any codes either and every once in a while, when you start it; it runs fine. But, it's not long before it's back to this issue.
I've tried everything I could think of, I even check the box under the battery yet nothing makes a difference. Please help!! This is driving me mad!

I don't know that much about your year jeep but I will take a shot.
1. Idle air control valve.
2. Throttle position sensor
3. The cat is plugged
There are my 3 guesses.

2010 JK added 17" rims and 32 inch At tires, hitch, Ace rock sliders, Barricade bumper,
light guards, grab handles, floor mats, Grabars, Rock Ridge hood latches and fuel door, and 2" Rancho sport lift with 9000XL adjustable shocks.

It's an 02 jeep wrangler 2.5L shouldn't some of those throw a code?

Ok, so I pulled the power plug from the throttle positioning sensor and the idle dropped to normal and actually drove normally(other than a few rpm drops when coming to a stop). So would that mean that's my issue?
