Vibration

I have an 2002 jeep wrangler x. 6 cylinder stick shift. I have this annoying vibration when i hit 50. It vibrates the steering and everything. I found out i had bad spyder gears. Replaced that thinking it solve it and i replaced my drive shaft with a factory oem one i found cheap. Shocks it only does it under load. I took out the drive shaft and it doesnt do it. I am stuck there is this rubber balancer thing off the back of my tansfercase. I need help

i really dont feel like throwing more parts at this thing. My friend and i swapped the axle out 2.5 hours. IT went really smoothly hahaha but it does it only under load. There is this rubber harmalic balancer on the back side of transfer case. Its the only thing that has not been replaced. i cant find ane to replace it anyway.

Vibration in the steering leads me to believe your vibes are coming from up front. Please clarify a few things. Which axle and driveshaft did you replace front or rear? You say when you remove the driveshaft it no longer vibrates. Which driveshaft, front or rear? Is this Jeep stock or did you install a lift, if so specs please?

Vibrations... If you feel them in yer hands its coming from the front, if you feel em in yer ass its coming from the back.

The rear end had bad spyder gears replaced axle and rear drive shaft it had so many dents. That fixed the vibration a bit. The whole dash shakes and steering wheel. seems to be under load and when i left of the pedal it stops.

I chased bad vibes in mine a while back. You mentioned you replaced rear drive shaft because it had so many dents so you might wanna look at the front DS closely. That was the cause of mine and didn't find it until I took it off to replace front DS u-joints. Dent had been spray painted over by PO and wasn't easy to see until I layed a straight edge down length of shaft

I think I would pull the front drive line off and take it for a test drive.

X2. That is the easiest way to narrow it down. Make sure and check your centering assembly while you have it out.
