vibration help

I have a 98 Sahara with a vibration during acceleration and during deceleration. If I push in the clutch and or pop it in neutral I have little to no vibration(other than tires and road bumps). I am thinking a U joint but was gonna post here to see if anyone else has any possible ideas.

98 wrangler 2 inch body lift and 2-3 inch spacers.

Tranny mount? Motor mount? Even if you are coasting, the DSs are still spinning, so a u-joint issue should still be present.

All speeds?

Could still be driveline related.
