Vibration while under load in 2wd help?

I have a 2001 4.0 5 speed. When I'm accelerating under a load on highway i get a bad vibration. This only happens when I'm gassing it and stops when you are no longer accelerating. Any ideas guys. I was thinking pinion bearing but the gears are not howling. No ticking sound which would make me think u-joint. It has a skyjacker lift that looks to be 4 to 6 inches. I had also thought i might have a broken mount somewhere. I just haven't had a chance to look yet and figured i would pick your brains a little first.

Your pinion angle is probably too steep you need a CV/SYE driveshaft. Do you know if it has one?

If the transfer case doesn't have a slip yoke on it then the PO probably installed one.

Mine started doing this as the rear driveshaft u-joint bearings wore down. Replacing the joint cleared it right up.

Previous owner had dropped transfer case. But did so very poorly. Built new supports, and tightened all up. No vibration now, had a blast today.

Update! Vibration was not transfer case alone. It was a combo of poorly welded spider gears. Driver side spider gears. Weld broke and gears had no teeth on spider gears. Also installing a Sye and eliminating tranny drop.
