Wallowed out UCA mounting hole on body, repair?

Found I had lost the nut on my upper control arm and the loose bolt wallowed out the hole in 1/8" sheet metal mount. What can be done to repair this?

I guess the obvious would be to weld on a piece of plate with correct hole size but it's a hard place to get in to... What about opening up the hole larger and using some kind of flanged fitting?

The flanged washer is the correct way to do it. Ruff Stuff has them.
