Water leaks after installing sport cage

A few months ago I scored the front section of an OR-FAB sport cage for my 2000 TJ. It is just the section forward of the sound bar down to the dash mounts, along with the 1 front spreader bar. Since the install I've had some issues with both by half and full doors not fitting as well as they previously had when closed, and there's been numerous problems with water leaking in around the doors. Does anybody know where I could find the dimensions for the stock cage straight from the factory? I'd like to check and see how much I may have messed up the geometry. And has anybody else had similar issues?
