Water on passenger Side

Every time it rains I have water on the passenger floor board. The other day I start to drive I could hear the water moving around somewhere behind the dash (I think) and then all of a sudden it all poured out on to the floor from I think the heater vent (couldn’t really pay attention while I was driving). So I looked around for other post and this was one of the responses for a different kind of leak.

"There is a drain tube just to the right of your battery pull that off and clean it out. Its the drain for your cowl on your hood just under the windshield. The cowl is the intake for your venting and when that drain gets plugged it backs up into your vents and down on your feet. Its black and about 1inch around and about eight inches long and just ends with a valve thing on the end witch I cut off cause it was catching rocks."

My question is how do you pull off the drain tube? I tried yanking on it the other day but no luck. Any suggestions. I am not sure if I am even pulling on the right one. Mine looks to be plastic 1 inch around and 3 inches long with no valve. Any chance someone has a picture of it?

Mine leaks on both sides when it rains hard. I can't figure out what it is. I sealed the fresh air vent like i've seen people say to do, heater/a/c drain hose is clear, all seals and things around the window area seem to be good. I am getting annoyed by it. It's like it just appears right above my feet. Like extremely small rain clouds are forming in my dash.

Anyway. Yeah I'd like more info in this area as well.
