The water does not show while the jeep is sitting but while running the jeep and ac on the water shows up all the way back to the back passenger floorboard.

So I'm not trying to hijack this thread but I have been having same issues as OP but haven't had the time to tackle the issue even though I have the resources to the fix.

I have a question or two. To start off I have added a 5/8" hose to the AC condensation drain to make it drop below instead of straight out. My question is, should I feel cold air coming out of that same tube?

Is there any other way that water can build up on passenger floor? I have cleaned out the AC drain ( in fact I haven't even run the AC in the past week or more ) and I am still finding a wet carpet. It does not smell of coolant at all. If I leave the floor mat out it's always dry but as soon as I place the floor mat back, I'll check after a day or so and it's underside is wet. I'm completely confused. I have a paper towel wedged up along firewall and top edge of carpet on passenger side to see if it gets wet as I drive around.

I pulled the cowl and stuck a hose up in there and ran water through the hose for a good 5 min and never saw a trickle in the cab.

So, is there any other way water or condensation can build up on passenger floorboard?
