Be sure to run the breathers from your both your front and rear axle, transmission, and transfer case up to the intake as well so they're safe from water. If you dunk them under they will cool - and if the vent is underwater, the contracting air will literally suck water in. The other thing to keep an eye on is to keep all your connectors well greased with dielectric grease, including the coil plugs on your ignition system (where the coil packs plug into the spark plugs)

Also put some die-electric grease for the on board computer it will keep everything running if you should splashdowm. The computer is located on the firewall right behind and above the battery and will have three or four connectors (depending on your year).

So, since you own jeepers and creepers and you are now a member of the forum, does that mean we all get discounts?

Waterproof or water-resistant describes objects relatively unaffected by water or resisting water passage, or which are covered with a material that resists or does not allow water passage. Such items may be used in wet environments or under water. Waterproofing describes making an object waterproof or water-resistant (such as a camera or watch).
