weather striping

Has anyone put in new weather striping around there dorrs? My passenger side windo is leaking and is in need if new weather striping, but im not sure which part of the striping needs replaced, any ideas? The leak is from the top part of the window!!

Is it a hard top or soft top. I think the kits are different for them.
