Weird noise

When I turn to the right I hear what seems like a grinding noise or something coming from my drivers side rear what could it be I have a 2004 sport 4.0

Have you checked your power steering fluid levels and any leaks from the power steering gear box??

Have you gone offroading in a muddy environment lately? I heard that if you don't clean out the wheels, remnants of mud can cause issues with the wheel innards... ? Just a thought.

Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe when you have the time you should put your jeep on a jack and have a better look at that rear tire...

It only makes these sounds when I'm at a dead stop and turn and take off its doing it when I turn both ways
