Weird vibration

Driving today, I noticed a very strange vibration. Was going highway speed, and there was a rythimic vibration, not constant. Don't seem to notice it at slower speeds.
Any Ideas would be helpful

Yep, that sounds like a bad rear driveshaft u-joint, or a marginally bad rear axle pinion angle making the rear driveshaft u-joints vibrate.

I know this is a stupid question, but when I pulled the lift did that mess up the pinion angle? If it did, since I have adj arms, can I fix it?
