So I have noticed a slight bang when I hit bumps its not real loud but definitely was not there before seems to be from front passenger side so l looked and noticed this plastic spacer is pushed out .. Could this be the issue? Was this holding axle in place or it just a guard ?

Yes, that small piece of plastic was holding your entire axle in place.

Just kidding.

that's just a "seal" to keep stuff out of the outer axle tube. Which doesn't really matter at all. It's not important. You can try and push it back over a little if you want but you don't need to. I'd take a look at all your bolts etc like track bar shocks etc make sure they are tight and brackets/bushings are good.

You could clean it up or just spray it with some of the anti rust paint. I just put a new 30 in and painted mine but it was very rusty before that.

Is it a bang or more of a knock? I had a knock when id go over speed bumps real slow or up onto a driveway. Turned out my control arm bushings were shot. Replaced all my front control arms. Knock no more.

Complete arms from Napa is like $30 each. Could buy just the bushings and save $10 but then you have to press out the old and press in the new. I would just buy the whole arm and be done with it.

Thank you .. And do you know if after market "heavy duty" ones make any difference ? I have no lift yet but plan on doing a 3" within the next year

If you go 3" and add a SYE you will have to replace some arms in the rear. You can put in aftermarket ones if you want to spend the $$
