What is this peice called?

Took my hard top off one night and lost one of these pieces. It goes between the hardtop and the tub on the right above the door latch thing. I've looked for it at all the jeep sites but don't see it anywhere...

That is a Mucket seal... Quadratec, and lots of other places sell them.
