What would cause this?

I noticed that sometimes when my left turn signal is on, it will flash faster than the right side, kinda like when a bulb is burned out.
I checked all the bulbs, they seem fine.

I also noticed that when the left rear light is flashing, the right side will dim. Almost, almost makes it look like they are flashing out of sync, just barely noticeable.
It hasn't done that before, just noticed a few months ago. thought about changing the flasher (if it has one) but figure I'd ask here first.

Common ground problems come from light guards on the taillights. Do you have them?
