what would i need to change out transmisions

I would like to convert my 04 sahara from standard to automatic. What parts would I need and what models could I look for to pull parts.

03 jeep wrangler sport
4.0l, automatic

its generally accepted as being easier to trade jeeps.

or have someone who wants to go the other way.

you need the transmission, shifter, wiring harness, ECU, and some other odds and ends I'm sure.
