when i hit the brakes, goes to the left

97 jeep wrangler lifted 33" tires, i went 4wheeling got stuck real bad. got it on the road after i got it out then driving strait it was fine, but as soon as i started to brake it starts pulling to the left, any ideas anyone?

Sounds like you have a sticking caliper! Mine does the same thing! Planning on installing new calipers on the front tonight, they are only $20 bucks a piece at my local auto parts store!

blkrubi88 hit it on the head.......brake caliper. I had this happen to one of my rigs. Replacing the calipers fixed the problem.

might be bump steer, unless bump steer only happens when you go over bumps. Atleast when I break and my steering wheel goes to one side or the other ive always blamed my drop pitman

I had the same problem last weekend...after playing in the mud and winching out my buddies FJ. I went to the car wash and sprayed out the front axles really well. It corrected the problem. Just another option.

Also check the brake lines. Sometimes they strectch and colapse and then it makes the brakes do crazy things.
