where does it rub if tire too big/lift too small?

trying to plan my mild TJ build and wondering where tire interference takes place if the lift is small or the tires too big, and I'm talking in the range of only 32's or 33's.

I know wheel offset plays in, and I'm asking with front sway bar disconnected.

Does the front or rear become a problem first? Do tires rub on the fender extentions? frame? the steel of the fenders and tub?

Proper wheel back spacing will eliminate rub on the frame and control arms which you will need with a 11.50 and 12.50 width tire.
With no lift, 32's and 33's will stuff into the top of the fenders and flares. This becomes more of an issue with the proper back spaced wheels.

You need at least 2" of lift for 32" tires and 4" of lift for 33" tires.
