Where does the rear female seatbelt bolt?

I finally got the hardware for my rear seat (jeep didnt include it when i bought it), and now just noticed that there is not anything for the shoulder harness/lapbelt to clip into. I'm sure i can find one on ebay or in a junkyard, but where does it bolt, onto the floor or onto the seat itself? I didnt see anything on the seat, and my floor has been rhinolonered before i bought it, so any holes could be covered up. Pix could help too if anybody has em. thanks

on the floor, right behind where the seat would sit, there should be a torx head bolt, or just a hole if the bolt is missing. Directly in the middle of the floor. Both female ends bolted to this one spot.

Dang, if they're full of rhino liner, that's gonna be fun!
06 Rubi with some sort of double ended, chrome knobbed, cross threaded, infinitely adjustable, frequently breakable, worn out flammywhammers zip tied onto it.
It used to be a jeep thing... til that sh!t broke!

I would clean them out completely before trying to drive the bolt in.
