Where is the thread

Pretty sure it's on here. But it's a guide to identifying the diffs. Or what does a stock 98 wrangler SE have? 30 front 35 back right?

Your SE definitely came with a Dana 30 up front and a Dana 35c in the rear from the factory.

Yep just couldn't remember which is which.

So since I've gotten some ppl attention. Opinion time. Have 31s on now. Want 33s. Told I need to regear. But I've read up on some post that say just get new axles. Eventually I wanna do that but living in paradise (hawaii) for another year and a half junk yards are hard to find and shipping cost about as much as a new axle will. So opinions on what to do

Just regear to 4.88 which is what is needed for 33" tires with the four-banger engine and 5-speed transmission. If you installed new axles you'd still need to regear them to 4.88.
