Whining Jeep...help

Maybe Im crazy?!?!But, I dont remember my Jeep every making this whining sound. A co-worker pointed it out to me and now it has me thinking haha. Im pretty sure its not the pulley system. This Jeep is a 2000 4 cyl with a cold air intake. It seems to be "fine" once the RPMs settle....and as soon as you touch the gas it starts whining. Again....maybe im just "freaking" out but this doesnt seem normal. And like i said....I could tell you if its done this for a year....or 3 weeks now. I dont think I paid much attention until a co-worker was like what is the high pitched sound coming from your Jeep lol. Either way....let me know what you think....if you think im crazy and its notthing....tell me

If im not mistakened that might be the sound of the cold air intake sucking in air at higher rpms?
