Whining noise when I shift.....

I'm looking for a little help here. My 2005 TJ 4.0L 6spd is making a weird whining noise lately. When I shift and take my foot off the clutch, I hear it, and my clutch feels a little weird too. I've recently changed my transmission fluid and transfer case fluid, and this just started about a month after. It kind of feels like I'm losing a little power too during acceleration, but I also could be imagining that since I'm hearing weird noises. It sounds fine idling, I have no leaks, and it only does it while I'm shifting. It's got 160K on it, I've put 22K on it since it was purchased, but it's never had a tune up. I've done all the fluid changes but haven't touched the plugs and wires. Can someone shed some light on my problem? Thanks!!!

I'm also running 33's on a 3" lift and it could be the original clutch on the Jeep.

Seems to me a bad throw out bearing spins and is noisy with foot on the clutch not when foot is off the clutch as then it is just sitting there

Unless he means just as he takes his foot off the clutch

If it is input shaft won't be the first 6 SPD with that issue

Too bad 6spd is so costly to repair when a brand new ax15 is only about 1500 and parts are reasonable

I'm having a similar squealing noise from my clutch too. Any notes on replacing a JKUR 2013 or similar clutch?

Also, what clutch kit does everyone recommend?

It idles fine in neutral, but the engine noise does change when I depress the clutch while idling. My friend said it sounds like it could be a throw out bearing as well. Ill start with that and see what happens. Thanks everyone!!!
