Whining/Squealing Noise

I have a whining/squealing noise coming from under the hood. It only does this when it is cold outside, and only when the engine has warmed up. It only does this at lower RPMs. Once the RPMS are at 1500 and above, it does nothing. I have replaced the serpentine belt with a Goodyear Gatorback, replaced the idler pulley, and replaced the tensioner pulley. None of these fixed my problem. I will try and post a video I took while driving, so you can hear the noise. I will not do it at an idle, it is like the vehicle must be moving. Therefore, I am having a hard time locating the problem, since it does not whine/squeal once I have it in the garage.

Please help me figure out what this could be. Thanks

I have had the same problem for about a year now. When I am coasting or at a light the noise is annoying as heck, however as soon as I give it a little gas its quiet.

It sounds like a vacuum leak. Vacuum is high at idle. A small leak in the intake could cause it. Do you have a stock or aftermarket intake?

Same sound from my 2005 Willys. Cold started it this morning with a 30 degree or so temperature outside.........no sounds at all. Going to keep an ear open, but I think the super cold below zero temps just made it hard for parts to function.

I do have stock intake. How do I test/troubleshoot for the vacuum leak location?

Sounds exactly like my jeep, look for vacuum lines that are old/cracked
