Whirring then other noise intermittent

Hi all. This is my first post. I've owned a 2002 Wrangler for about a year. Please forgive me, I'm not much of a mechanic. Today I noticed this strange intermittent noise in the engine. It's not tied specifically to accelerating or idling. I was able to capture the noise briefly on video while it was idling in my driveway. At about five seconds in you can hear the whirring noise start then the other noise follows. Here is the video Any ideas on what it could be? A belt or something? Thanks for any insight you could provide.

Was hard for me to tell for sure but sort of sounded like the altenator to me. I would take the belt off and spin the altenator, fan, PS pump, AC compressor pulley and the idlers to see if anything feels or sounds abnormal.

Thanks for your reply! Today I noticed a wobble in the harmonic balancer when I watched it with the engine running but there was no noise present today when I had it idling in my driveway.

May need to replace the balancer. When they get old, the rubber will dry rot and can allow the ring to move and slip. Also can cause engine vibrations at idle and various speeds.
