Yes but they will be noticeably lower so I would install some 1" spacers under the seat risers so you won't feel like a little kid trying to see over the dash. That lower seating position is a common complaint among newer TJ owners which was instigated for questionable safety reasons to better align the body with the air bag.

no they sit fine!!! i just bolted them in!........I love the high backs. I am tall as it is they feel great!
picked em up for 175.00 outa a 2005 I LOVE CRAIGSLIST

XJ and WJ seats also bolt right up, can you say heated leather seats with power recline?

Not directly, but I'm sure it would be pretty easy to fab something up. You would just lose the fold and tumble.

One interesting idea is if you mounted a rear seat from a cherokee or something and put some quick disconnects. I might just do that...
