Wired connected to dash panel (With no switch?)

Today I pulled off my dash panel (basically to see how to do it) and I also decided to pull out the dash panel on the lower left side with the cigarette lighter and the switches. I have no switches installed but I was surprised to see that the far right panel was wired... any idea where this wire leads/ what it does?

Thanks!

It's for the fog light switch.

Thanks, does it run to a relay? If so, where? If not, where does the other end lead?

Actually runs to two different relays that are mounted in the upper right behind your glove box. One relay carries the power to turn the lights on and the other deactivates them once the high beams are turned on. You may or may not have the engine compartment side of the wire. If you do the connectors will be tucked up inside the fenders somewhere.
