Wiring accessories

Ok so I'm new to the wrangler community but I've owned a XJ for a few years. Just bought a TJ about a month ago and love it. I've spent a couple weeks reading on here and now have a list of things to do to it. First off, I have a little electrical experience but none with vehicles. I'd love to begin putting in fog lights and LED strips and such but would like someone who has done it before to give me done guidance. I understand the whole red and black thing but the relay confuses me. Any diagrams, pics or plain ol hillbilly English about this will be great appreciated.

Also, I want to add a Dixie horn. Can I use a switch or do I need a horn button? I don't like the buttons I find at the local parts stores but a sleek flush switch would look better.

Google auto relay wiring and look at images. Lots of decent wiring schematics there.

How about getting into the fuse box? Or do I just run straight from the battery?
