I was in a T-Bone accident. A girl ran a stop sign and hit me. I have damage body damage to my passenger fender, Side panel, hood. I also have damage to my axle. i dont know exactly what parts of my axle are irreplaceable. I dont know what kind of axle i have. Would it be better to buy a whole new front axle. I dont know much about driveline and suspension. Help Please
Go to a 4x4 / body shop. They'll be able give you actual answers rather than speculation. If the frame is not bent it could be a good opportunity to do some serious upgrades...it was for me! :happyyes:
no frame damage just some body. I need to take it into a shop to see exactly what needs replacements. Might put a 4" lift on while its there and some 33" tires.
I got T-boned a little over a year ago. right in front of the passenger door where the hood, body tub, front fender, and cowling all meet up. My insurance quoted my jeep at 10k at the time and the total damages were around $9900. Just missed totaling my jeep by $100. It takes a LOT of work to put it back together. Especially when your insurance only covers OEM parts for the body and the front fender itself costs $1000.
