WTH is up with this screw?

The TJ front bumper mounted fog lights. There is a set screw that keeps the light from tipping backwards. This is a tamper proof torx screw. WTH size is this? It's somewhere between 20-30, I think. I've bought complete sets of the tamper torx and either the outerdiameter is too big or the hole in the end of the torx is too small.

My intrepid local dealer also seems to not have the proper torx for this thing.

Anybody know the size of this torx?

Between a T-20 and T-30? Then it must be a T-25 and yes there is such a size. You can simply knock the security pin out with a small punch pin and hammer, I did that to the security bolts in the rollbar.
