1987 YJ 2.5L - what's up with my windshield hinges?

I'm removing my old windshield hinges, and most of the bolts seem to be threaded into the body. I'm having trouble with the lower two bolts on the side. In other words, the bolts that are closest to the door hinge mounts; not the ones that are threaded into the side of the windshield, or any of the ones in front.

They're not stripped, but free spinning. This is true on both sides of the vehicle. Are there internal nuts on these four (two each side) bolts? If so, any tips on getting to them?

Any advice at all on getting these bolts out will be appreciated.

I tackled those bolts several years ago when I added mounts for a sideview mirror to use with my half doors removed. The good news is your bolts aren't stripped. The bad news is that there are nuts behind them. They're pretty fiddly to get at but can be felt initially to get an idea where they are. Once you know where they are, then you can get a combo wrench on them. I'm slightly larger than a regular guy and could get my arm up to get it done, though it wasn't fun.
