1990 2.5 running rough at high rpm @ operating temp

I have replaced O2 sensor, checked for vac leakes, new fuel pump and filter. It will run great then all of a sudden run rough. Shut down engine and restarted asap. Runs great for a while then all over again. ANYONE have an idea of the cause? Solution?

Also does the O2 sensor timer NEED to be reset?

Thank you
Dribble
