1990 2.5 tbi eng into a 91 with 2.5efi

can I swap the intake and use it in 91 or is there some other issue with crank pos senser does any one know thanks dave

So you are putting the 90 engine into the 91? if you are using all of you old wiring harness and stuff it should be fine. Swap the Intakes, I would swap the distributors too. and Make sure you get your vacuum hoses right. We put a 95 engine into an 89 by switching the intakes, it runs like a dream

90 to 91 swap

one guy told me that the crank senser location was a problem if they wont the same do you know why ?

sorry I haven't been on here in a while, but the crank position sensor bolts to the bell housing so it wouldn't be an issue at all cause you won't be changing trannies, and even if you do I don't believe that the CPS changes places
