1990 ax5 in a 95

Can I put an ax5 out of a 90 YJ into my 95 by just swapping the bell housing to convert it to an internal slave cylinder

I think I'm going blind researching this and still haven't been able to find a definite answer. Best I can come up with is that all ax5's are interchangeable so to change from internal to external slaves I should b able to take the bell housing and everything and swap it all to the ax5 out of the 90 and put it in my 95. I hope still not 100% sure
