1990 YJ no spark..

So I got up yesterday morning pulled my 90 YJ out and washed it. It cranked and ran fine. After washing, I cranked it pulled it out to the street and parked it to dry, then pulled my wife's 08 Patriot up to wash. When finished with the patriot I went to pull my YJ into the garage. I turn the key over and the engine turned over but it would not crank. So i began to trouble shoot. Checking relays, fuses, fuel lines etc. So long story short, since yesterday I have rebuilt the fuel pump, replaced the relays, replaced the ignition module, and the coil. i still have no spark at the coil.

I am pulling my hair out and could use some help if anyone has had this issue, or similar, or may have an idea what the problem is I am all ears...

i had this problem and it turned out to be the crank position sensor,
about 35 bucks at parts stores, located at 11 o clock position on the bell housing

That sounds like a likely cause.

Mine was a failed ignition module. The box on the wheel well under the coolant tank. The dealer said they never break. A mechanic I came to trust had a spare, plugged it in, and started on the first try.
