1991 2.5 YJ gas in oil

Ok so I bought a 91 wrangler 2.5. Gas in oil. Put new fuel pressure regulator in. Changed the spark plugs as they were all fouled to hell.

Well it ran for a while then stalled on me and once again gas in oil. So I went ahead and pulled the plugs again they are all black once again from excess fuel. However, plug in cylinder 1 has actual moisture on it. Which I am sure is fuel.

So by my line of reasoning I am thinking leaky fuel injector in cylinder 1. I just wanted to run it pass all of you to see if you think I am on the correct track. Any input would be appreciated.

If your fuel pressure is still high drop the tank pull the pump trim the metal return line. It's common for the bottom of the tank to cup up pinching off the return tube causing the fuel pressure to spike.

If you drop the tank, check the fuel lines and pump and see if your model year has the 20 gallon tank limited to 15.

Is the 20 limited to 15 a poly tank? or steel. Because I could use a extra 5 gallons
