Iike it says I have a 93 yj with the 2.5 and a 5 speed. It doesn't matter if it's in gear with a load or idling once it hits 33-3500 rpm it starts spuddering and won't climb any higher in the RPMS. Replaced the tps and new fuel. Just wondering if anyone else has found a solution for this. Thanks in advance
My 95 was a 2.5l. I could have that little bastard bouncing off the limiter all day if I wanted. My 89 with 4.2 will pull hard to 4k. I won't rev her past that cause she has 224k. I think you might need a tune up or your timing is off or your cat is on its way out
Yeah this one has 183k on it and as far as I know the only new part on the motor is a head gasket. It seems to be fairly common problem from the cat or 02 censors. I guess I just need to do some one by one problem solving. It just runs to damn good up until those RPMS to make me think it's something major. Thanks guys
