1993 2.5l YJ wont start

I recently changed my fuel pump, strainer, and fuel filter. My ECU Fuse was blown because of a short in the wire, which I fixed. But now my jeep wont start. It cranks but wont start. It has power, it has a spark and fuel pressure in the fuel rail, I can hear the fuel pump prime when I turn it on. I put some lighter fluid in the throttle body and it started up but died out right away. Any advice? Any help would be appreciated.

She's my 4 banger.
She's great when she gets down in low range, hard to control when she gets going, and always in need of my money. But she's a jeep and that's why I love her.
Plus, she has nice headlights..

Its fuel injected. I cleaned out the throttle body. I popped off one of the fuel lines to the fuel rail to check for pressure, i didn't open the valve. Ill check that.

Okay well when i pull a fuel line off the fuel rail, gasoline sprays out. But when i took the cap off the valve and opened it, no air pressure came out. Do i have a pinch in the line? My fuel pump makes noise when i turn it on so i know its working.
