1993 Wrangler 4.0 STUTTERING

Hello,
This is my first post, I just bought a 1993 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 5spd. The vehicle has 95,000 miles and is in good shape. I just recently put a fresh tank of gas in the car, as i thought it might solve my problem (unfortunately it didn't.) As I start driving in 1st gear the car seems to be almost under powered unless I try to accelerate quickly. I seem to get this only when I am trying to gently cruise around. It feels as though there is a loss of power at low rpms when I am not trying to gun it up to speed in 1 2nd and 3rd. It idles fines, not shaking or stalling and at high speeds runs fine. Can someone please give me some insight where to begin. I am getting a new fuel filter tomorrow, but I doubt that would be so simple.

The check engine light came on once but once I stopped and turned off the car and turned it back on, the light was gone. I don't have a code reader, but I could try to get access to one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you changed the fuel filter? Drivers side rail between the door and rear tire.

No I am replacing the fuel filter today. I was able to find out what codes it was throwing.

32 (Evap Solenoid or circuit)
24 (Throttle Position sensor)

and I did it and it does code 12 first which is not listed

Can someone post a picture or description to where these two items are so I can purchase and replace them. Also if it is not that simple any advice would GREATLY be appreciated.
Thank you.

ALL FIXED!!!!
It was the Throttle Position Sensor. Thank you to NavyChief for your help that was awesome. It was $100 OEM Part fix and 15 minutes of my time and cleaning the throttle body. This forum is amazing I look forward to using it as I build my JY into a true TRUCK!!
