1995 Jeep YJ Idle Problem

Trying to see if anyone else has this problem. I have 2.5L 5speed Manuel transmission. When I run it hard for 45min. straight just driving my check engine light comes on and it starts to idle bad when I come to stops or slow down. If I shut it off and let it sit for a little while the check engine light goes off and will start idling fine again. Any Ideas?

If the light is coming on it is throwing a code. Have it read when light is still on it should point you in the right direction at least.
