1995 YJ coolant leak ...

hey there jeepsters ...
i have a 1995 YJ sahara and i have a rusty coolant leak ...
it's from the small round unit in the centre of the photo ...
(photo appears to be upside down) ...
it is located at the back of the rocker cover on the right hand side ...
please can someone tell me what it is so that i can replace it ...

Looks like it is where you heater hoses are connected to the heater select valve. May be an old hose that is cracked under the clamp.

It is probably time for new hoses and a radiator flush.

thanks for your replies guys...
i have had a JK for four years now ...
i have just got the YJ ... love it ...
keeping my JK for sure ...

here is the pesky pic again ...
the leak is coming from that round 'top-hat' unit with the pin ...
it is in the middle of the picture ...
it is connected to coolant hoses and it is dripping a lot ...

no need for a rad flush as all fluid is brand new ...
i top up every week so the coolant is always good ...
when i said rusty i really meant that the leak has left a rusty stain !

If it is coming from the round unit it is a bad heater control valve.
