2.5-4.0 swap question

My buddy is selling his Cherokee and it has a 4.0 that has just been re-built. I could get a great deal on it. I would be able to use the engine tranny and CPU out of the Cherokee. Is there anything else my jeep would need to do this swap? Will my d35 rear and d30 front hold up to it. And if not what gears on new axles would a 4.0 need to push 33's? And what axles? Thanks!

You'll need engine mounts probably a new radiator and fan. The trans would work but the only problem is the TC clock position. Trans mount, exhaust down pipe to CAR. Rear and from drive shafts have to be modified. The stock axles will be ok. The gears are 4.10 in there now (unless you've regeared). Fuel pump for a 4.0 not 2.5 the pressure/flow rate is different.thats just to name what I can think of.
