2.5 in lift 31 in tires pics

Hello just recently bought my first car (89 yj) and I am trying to decide how big I want to go because its a dd

31" tires are perfect for a DD. They fit the wheel well nicely. They aren't big enough to require any re-gearing. They don't put a great deal of stress on the axles. Should be fine with factory wheels and the factory backspacing, if that's what you have.

I used to have 31 A/T 's on mine and it looked good

1" body lift, 1" shackles, and bastard-pack springs. So at least 2" of lift. I have no clue what the springs gave me.

fresh YJ leafs might give you the clearance, but 24yr old springs have pretty much flattened out! I run 31" with no lift and TJ flares

Parts already gathered for assembly: 2001 Ford 302, 1990 Mustang GT 5.0 ECU and wiring, NP435, NP205, Pair of axles from 04' F350 SuperDuty (Sterling 10.5 Posi rear, Dana 60HP Front-Both Disk Brakes 3.73 Gears), 37" H1 Tires, 9" lift TJ Coils for 2 link conversion in front, Stage 2 Clutch Kit, 3 Row Aluminum Radiator, Chevy Astro Steering box (4" front Stretch), XJ Rear Leaf Springs (6" Rear Stretch), and lots more.

No, that's back when I had 3.75" backspace rims.

2 1/2" RE lift with 31" BFG's.

Mine is a dd also and the springs were really flat and shocks were total trash. After, the ride is actually very nice, not harsh or jarring, and nothing rubs and the rest is actually very stock, fender flares included.
