Help! Brake line trouble

Got springs Shackles, Shcks, disconects, and steering damper back together
brake line is corroded. Just barely bumped it and it started leaking
What is the best solution?
pre-made lines?
bend them myself?
has anyone replaced these?
Advise needed.

I made mine myself. Easy job with right tools. Also, I'd recommend extended stainless steel braided lines since you're already there (unless you're planning to do it and I just missed the post)

I have a nice tube bender and a flaring tool
Where did you buy the tubing?
did you use 3/16?
did you buy 5 ft pc or a roll?
I will change the hose's to ESS lines, your Right , I am already there

I bought the longest tubing (original size, I believe it is 3/16) they had at Advance Autoparts but next time I'm getting there for any reason I'll be with a roll of stainless still lines - they last forever. Just one thing to make sure that the lines are secured on the axle. I'll use a piece of rubber tube to put between the tubing and the holding clamps. With regular lines that rubber will be trapping a hell lot of moisture and will be killing the lines quicker (especially in salted winters areas ) so SS will be a lot better choice. If you're replacing the lines go with SS instead of regular. As I said before - you're already there anyway, so do it right the first time Good luck

Vise grip. There really not many options at this point. Just make sure you don't snap the line. On the other hand check the line and if it's sh..ty change it too so you won't have to come back later. SS braided lines transfer the pressure with less losses due to flexing hose so if the line is heavily corroded it might get a leak shortly after the new hoses installation

I have mo idea how but for love or money, or to save my own life I wouldn't be able to put a standard track bar in with my 2.5" and .5" on shackles. How the hell did you do that? Moreover, if your kid decides to run the jeep at lets say a place such as Badlands in Attica, IN the track bar will restrict the axle movement, so the question is - why bother at all?

Exactly! An angle grinder with a 4-1/2" or 5" cutting wheel is the way to cut off those stubborn leaf spring bolts. Take it from me, I've just been through it this past weekend.

I thought I would need a brackit or somthing also
The guys at ARB , where like "should bolt right up"!
And the OME GS11 shackles are .5" longer than stock ( I guess that would make them .25" lift?)
Bolted right up
It is his daly driver, he is a new driver, thought it might make a differance in a hard swerve ( but i do not see how the leafs can move from mside to side)
I did look at the JKS telescopeing track bar, but for $220 bucks he can crawl under and just unbolt/remove it
He has what he needs in his tool kit
