You should trim the flares. Just around the wheel. Will look and clear those tires better

I was going to install Smitybuilt tube fenders, but I changed my mind
I probily will put new fenders (right front is rotten)in the spring
and then trim the flares

I could be wrong, but.....

....aren't your front shackles mounted backwards? It seems to me that the third bolt is supposed to be forward. I don't use that style, so I could be wrong. But all I've seen they are reversed.

I wasnt sure ether so i called the guys at ARB ( they where great to work with) that is the correct way!
the pins are inversion pins, they are there to hit the frame as a stop of sorts( although I think you would have to be realy flying through the air , or droping in from high up to do that)
love the suspension, rides great

This set seems to be adopted for hooking up towing bar and in this case do need to be mounted middle bolt forward, however boomerang shackles do get mounted bend-inside to protect springs from being folded while coming back from full flex. The middle bolt would work as a limiter that wouldn't let the spring end bolt to cross the center line of a shackle which would cause the spring to fold inside. Nasty problem

The pictures and install instructions showed it with the pins in on front and rear
I called to make sure,
they confirmed this was right
I have seen some that have pins for towing, Daystar

Daystar KJ61019BK - Daystar Front Greaseable Tow Shackles for 87-95 Jeep® Wrangler YJ - Quadratec

I'll have to read through all of this when I get time.

Sorry to hear about the accident. The replacement looks great!
