2.5 runs rough when cold

Hey guys. So I recently changed the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and air filter. When I first take my Jeep out in the morning, it will kind of sputter or hesitate for the first few miles under accelleration, mostly when first putting it in gear and getting on the gas. My idle is generally kind of rough too actually, even when warmed up, but the hesitation goes away. It shakes the interior a little bit.
Anyway, I'm brand new to Jeeps, so I'm wondering what to check/change next. And if you could give me a picture of what and where it is on the engine, that would be even better. Thanks.
