I believe what canadianyjkid means is that the nuts that are welded up inside the body mounts have snapped off so he didn't really break the bolts off, but rather he broke the nuts loose and now the bolt just kind of hangs there and won't drop out of the body, this happened to me when I installed my body lift. I broke the two nuts off the body mounts that are located under both the driver and passenger front seats, what you can do is locate the spot right above the mounts and drill a hole in the floor of the jeep to get to those broken off nuts, you should be able to get a socket on them, and with a little luck, break them loose.
