Since you are going balls out on all of the other pieces I'd say you might as well change out the drivetrain also.
With your bolt on coil Conversion. How does it work with the new control arm/trac bar/coil/shock brackets on the axle itself? The setups I've seen have all been weld on. And if that's the case might as well find a pair of 44's from a Waggy or something to throw under there.
At the minimum you will want to ditch the rear. The D35 will not hold up to wheelin with a 350 up front.
