4.0 in 89 yj won't stay running

I put a 4.0 in my 89 yj. It will start then it dies like it is running out of fuel. Have 55 lbs fuel pressure. Do I need to have my breather on to make it run?

4.0 won't stay running

This motor was running when pulled out. Will check ing system coil and crank sensor. I put noed on injector and it flashed for 4 sec and shut down, like electric just shut off.
