Just wanted to do a quick write up on my 4.0L throttle body on the 2.5L engine conversion. I have a 1995 rio grande. I went to the junk yard and picked up a 4.0L throttle body off a 95 jeep cherokee and it was in surprisingly good shape. Most 4.0L TB will work, I avoided getting 97+ So I didn't have to plug the map sensor. Here is the difference in the throttle body's

You have to also remove your IAC housing from your 2.5 TB. They have tamper proof torx screws attached.
If you don't have the tools like me, I just grounded the center out with a drill and popped it out with a flathead. Just make sure not to damage the torx head.
