Just wanted to do a quick write up on my 4.0L throttle body on the 2.5L engine conversion. I have a 1995 rio grande. I went to the junk yard and picked up a 4.0L throttle body off a 95 jeep cherokee and it was in surprisingly good shape. Most 4.0L TB will work, I avoided getting 97+ So I didn't have to plug the map sensor. Here is the difference in the throttle body's Auto part Carburetor

If you don't have the tools like me, I just grounded the center out with a drill and popped it out with a flathead. Just make sure not to damage the torx head.

After you get the housing, IAC, and TPS installed, you can install it on your intake manifold now. And that's pretty much it

Was the hole in the intake the same size as the 4.0 TB, if not then thats a restriction, no?
