4.56 or 4.10

I have and 89 YJ and I am about to get the axles upgraded. This is not my DD so it does not have to be a freeway cruiser but I do enjoy driving it around town. I plan on running many of the desert and mountain trails here in SoCal as well as runs out to Arizona and Utah, especially Moab. Should I get 4.10 or 4.56. I am running 33's

Ahhhhhhh, no I have not had this jeep long and it still has the stock axles. ( soon to change) I would like to be able to drive at freeway speeds occasionally (to get to the mountain trails in SoCal) and use 5th gear but I do not want to run up there at 3500 rpm. I think the 4.56 will be OK.
